The project, which will be built on a 476-acre site in Bedfordshire, is expected to generate a significant boost to the local economy. With an estimated 28,000 jobs to be created—20,000 during the construction phase and 8,000 permanent roles in hospitality, tourism, and creative industries—the theme park is set to become a cornerstone of employment opportunities in the region.
